Individual Compliment

I would like to really compliment Johan and Theo at your Menlyn branch. I opened a cell contract with Johan a year ago and he was very friendly and accommodating. <br> We have also been struggling with our office land line for over a year now, where we cannot hear customers as the line is just too soft, we've had numerous technicians out and their solution was for a new line to be pulled through, which will change our number that our company has been using for YEARS, also at our company's cost.<br> Regardless of this, Theo presented us with a phone recommended for the elderly as it is very loud, this was a great solution. During this process I had to go to the store a few times, where, considering that I am pregnant, they never once made me wait. I was there one time when they were both out of the store and the gentleman I spoke to just waved me off and told me to go stand in the very long que. Because of these two gentleman, I recommended my mother to open a cell contract with you too, Johan immediately assisted me again, no fuss, no hassles. <br> I also have to mention that each time one of these gentleman would offer me a chair.
