Incredibly slow ADSL line speed

<p>Some time last week call Telkom to ask of they have coverage at my area Soweto Rockville, they told me i can get up 20Mbps speed and I'm also less 1KM to the exchange, i was all excited, app**** for a 4MBps line, to my suprise i only get 300kbps download speed its not even stable it goes download as far as 20kbps LOL, called in so many times rested the router nothing changed, why don't they tell us that the cables are old or outdated to take 4mbps speed, caused in honesty truth this is a ripoff, day light *******, i want my services to be downloaded to 300kbps and pay a fair price until the situation is changed </p>
