Incredibly appalling service from Telkom

Telkom...where do i even begin!!?? I have been calling them for more than a month to move my WiFi connection 10 METRES and all I've gotten after calling every day sometimes 5 times a day is that they're offline. Or somebody will call me back. I've had 2 callbacks, both stating they will escalate my query. They love giving out reference numbers which they tell you is for the technical division but that is just to get you off the phone. Now the reason dealing with them has become unbearable is that my line is in a guest house which I've moved out of and into a Property behind it . My telephone number or address won't change, so what exactly is the holdup?. I detest calling into that call centre, nobody seems to know what they're doing! It's always a blame game, "oh my colleague didn't leave any notes" which of course means you have to explain all over again which leads to the system being offline or someone will call you back story. Now I've inconvenienced the people in the guest house because my telephone is there and I have to keep calling Telkom..the service literally has me gritting my teeth before I call, knowing its going to be the most painful experience dealing with them.
