Incredible Telkom wonders why they do not grow their business

<p>On 20 July 2016 Telkom phoned me and offered me a promotional offer of 5GB wifi per month for only R99 pm. I was reluctant but after being told the deal will only be for the month of July I proceeded and did the telephone application. I was then told to allow 5-7 days for Telkom to contact me to deliver my router and SIM. After 9 days I phone the call centre and was told there is no order on the system but I can apply online still as the promotion will run till the end of the month (July 2016)</p> <p> </p> <p>On 29 July 2016 I decided the deal was worth it and proceeded to complete the online application. You guessed it after 7 days I heard nothing. I held on 5 occasions on 10213 for 20 minutes or more to be without my call being taken. On 11 August 2016 I called in again</p> <p> </p> <p>You guessed it no record just this time they are not even willing to process it as the promotion expired. World class service provider I believe not “we are here to help” all over their website such false advertising</p>
