Incredible BAD service form Telkom!

We are in Ladybrand Free State, our company is Artefusion CC. Our 3 business landlines dead in 26 Apr, the same day we did report it to the Telkom, but until Today, we are keep getting the empty promise and sms, NOT ANY TELKOM TECNICIAN COME TO OUR PREMISE TO CONTACT AND FIX THESE LANDLINE!!! what a bad service that this national company Telkom can offer!
