Increased limit

<p>I had a telkom mobile contract that was for R399 per month. Telkom mobile decided to increase my limit without </p> <p>My knowledge late 2015 or early 2016, I contacted them and they reversed the R2000 extra limit and I made it quite clear that my number should never ever be automatically increased unless I call and ask for an increase, we had an agreement with the lady that was dealing with my complaint but our agreement was broken and to my disbelief my bill was sky size big. Instead of being contacted by an agent from telkom my contract was terminated and now I'm black listed. What kind of bull**** is this? ??</p>
