increased data usage amount

<p>Wow, So telkom just decides to increase data usage on my child's phone without my consent? when I phone in I cannot get any proper answers no one knows why it was increased or by whom...WOOOOW. The whole point of wanting a capped phone line is to make sure the child doesnt spend monies that will supprise me at the end....Now i am liable for a R400 I never asked for. Sies you should be ashamed of yourselves ...being willing to do anything for revenue generation...even *****ing your custommers over. I cant wait foe the expiry of the contract....</p>
