Increase without notification

I have noticed that Telkom tends to increase their prices every couple of months. This month it went up by R6. I went in to the Telkom Branch in Woodlands last year and inquired about the small increments that Telkom adds onto your account without notice. The Telkom employee told me that it was the annual increase and promised that the price would not increase again for the next year and said that I should have received a notification about the annual increase. Today, 5 months later they added another increase, again without notifying me. This is strange since I receive all my bills electronically without fail. Perhaps they do not send out notifications so that people do not realize how many times in one year they adjust their prices to suit their needs. They are making a whole lot of money off R6 per 10 000 000 people. Pitty that I can't go elsewhere.
