Incorrectly placed on ITC compliments of Telkom

Telkom is pathetic. I quote a bad review 6 January 2023 and now again. Not even a call to try and resolve the issue. My ref 058408. How many times do I have to let you know that I am incorrectly listed on I T C for an account I never opened with Telkom. You don't deserve any rating and I'm truly disgusted with your service. Nobody is willing to even look into this matter and resolve it.
