Incorrectly handed over!

Hi! I have been incorrectly handed over. My line was cancelled in May and I was charged twice for the same thing. I have since been in to a telkom branch and been told what to pay and have been shown that my account is paid up and cancelled! I am being harassed by MBD and it's not correct!!! I do not owe you any money. I had written communication from an agent at telkom saying my account is paid up and even with this MBD will not withdraw as you guys handed over a different amount. It's insanene. I have a million reference numbers to give you regarding this. Please assist me to sort this out asap!
