Incorrectly debited
I have a contract of R330.00 a month but was charged an extra R500.00 without consent which I reversed and then on the 14th of the month they decided to re debit me an additional R1537.00 which is double the amount. I found out that they give you R500.00 extra to spend which I did not consent to and was not made aware of when opening my contract. I am now expected to pay R1537.00. I dont feel this is fair to the consumer to rob them of money and lie to them.
