Incorrectly Bills and no refund

April 2020 placed order Adsl 10mpbs uncapped router R700 deposit required. Order cancelled Informed by call center due to payment not reflecting on accounts. Email proof of payment to 3 constants no respond. Advised to reorder and proof of payment will be refunded which never happened to date. May order recancelled no Fiber in my area due to consultants. June reordered for Adsl line uncapped 10mpbs on promotion R399 for 6 month installation 22 June incorrectly billed for full month plus pro-rata R656. 43. July incorrectly billed R464. 45. Called call Centre requested supervisor send proof on payment incorrectly billed no respond from emails. I went to wonderboom Telkom store to report resend quiry to date no refund and no special price deduction R399 has been deducted. I'm dissaponited when I call their call Centre reference numbers has no case records. No feedback, no consistency from call center angents.
