Incorrectly billed

So I was offered a contract over the phone for R 99.00 a month, but was charged. R 710.21. Long story short logged a complaint to get my refund of R 611.21. Nobody called me to let me know what is going on so I called in again today because Telkom mobile does not give updates or call back like they promise. I spoke to Noniko Changi who is trying to tell me that I did not listen properly or the guy gave me the wrong info. However I am sure that it is binding over the phone and that I should be paying R 99.00 a month. So now she kept me on hold for 30 minutes only to tell me her manager is busy with another escalated query. Telkom mobile responds on Hello Peter to look good but they don't actually call you. I was told by Noniko Changi that someone would call me back before the end of the day, hahahaha I don't think that is going to happen. Please prove me wrong... But I doubt that will happen either I am disgusted with the service it is appauling the way you deal with your customer.
