Incorrectly advised

<p>On the 20 of July I called telkom call centre about the telkom Internet starter pack where by it said spend R249,00 and get 6gig of data but was never told it will be divided over 12 months and on the 31 of July I went ahead to purchase the promo pack and got the surprise of my life and I've been trying to fix it ever since and still no result or respond from telkom. </p>
