Incorrect Upgrade / False information

I got a phone call on Wednesday 20/01/2016 informing me I'm due for an upgrade on my data contract. Chanel informed me that the contract I'm currently on no longer exist and I have to take the contract that includes a device. She informed me that I'll be getting a Huawei B315. I inquired if the device is fully mobile and she assured me that it is, stating that she takes hers to church so she can read her ebook Bible. I received the device on Friday 22/01/2016 and before opening it I looked at the specifications on the website. The Device requires a power source, hence it is not fully mobile. Which I stated that I require. Forcing me to have a device I do not want and did not ask for. Chanel form the upgrades needs to get her facts straight before upgrading people to a device she knows nothing about. I would like to talk to her supervisor, however when I phoned on Friday, everyone sends me form pillar to post. Unacceptable.
