Incorrect Product received as compared to what was advertised online

I was given the wrong deal from what was advertised online. I am still waiting for my wi fi pocket router, I only got a sim card on the R99 deal now they are telling me it's a sim only contract, however on the website it indicated that it comes with a pocket router. I am still waiting for the sales or cancellations department to phone me back regarding this matter.
