Incorrect product delivered

I did a pre-ordered a note 20 ultra.

Telkom then sent the incorrect phone. A note 20. The pre-order comes with a Samsung R4000 e voucher which must be redeemed before the 6th of September.

Its been 3 days now sitting with the incorrect phone. I called and told them to send proof of purchase and the correct phone.

Its been 3 days no feedback or anything. Telkom can such at times.

This is actually my worst experience with Telkom.
