Incorrect phone delivered and no-one returning cal

I was contact earlier this month from a Telkom Mobile representative, they stated their name is Nofipho Sithole and that they are from Telkom Mobile. They offered me a phone, it was an iPhone 5s for R189 per month on the SmartPlan 50 over a 24 month period. We went through the application process as I found out from my wife that this was a great deal. There were some of the terms that I did not agree to but they arranged the required amendments and have since sent me a phone, the problem is that I received an iPhone 5c as opposed to the promised iPhone 5s. I have tried calling 10213 and 081180, all of these guys seem to think the deal must be from either \Cell Direct"or \""Mobile Talk\"" however none of them have me on record.
