Incorrect Personal information on Contract

I did a contract a Telkom Berea 15th June and got it 12 July (IPhone 14)when I was signing the contract I saw my details where incorrect and asked for it to be changed and was told it's not a problem.. I went to insure the phone and was told the details don't match my ID and address so I can insure the phone. I went back to ask again to change details and was told It can't be done, I called another branch and they said it can be done..I not happy with the service because the only thing that is right on the contract is my banking details.. Is this how Telkom does business... Where is the TCF (Treat Client Fair)
