Incorrect Judgement

I initially signed up for a adsl line with Telkom, yet from the date of inception the line never worked. This went on for atleast 3months. After enquiring my bill with Telkom, they were kind enough to reverse all charges as I did not use any of their services. <br> <br> Yet recently I have been rejected by Telkom on receiving a lte wifi account with them. This was due to Telkom logging a Judgement against my credit report. This is totally unfair and I have logged a dispute with Transunion as Telkom is at fault.<br> <br> I log this complaint due to not being able to get through to any Telkom consultants, to have them reverse this judgement.
