Incorrect ITC Listing

Hi there,

I have been trying for days to get some help with my issue and not a store nor a call centre can help me.

I have tried applying for a bond and Telkom mobile pops-up from way back 2013 and at that time this account in question was resolved.

I was told then that NO ITC listings was going to happen but now for some reason I have this on my name and require to have this removed ASAP !

This is a matter of urgency and I do require a letter of removal/Prescribed if you will and updated on all ITC platforms.
