Incorrect invoice

I once app**** for a contract(Sumsung Tab4 16G - R189 1G)at andnever received any call from them for feedback or procceding of the application, had to drive to them ask ask for numerous occassionsbout the application. Eventually I went there and ask them to give me my documents as the application was taking longer(more than 3 weeks).<br> The consultant told me that they have not received any stock and the handset was discontinued I wont get it.<br> Now i receive invoices from Telkom Mobile and they giving me a runaround when I ask how it came about telling me to drive to Festival mall and use my petrol to do that, still get a sucking attitude from the consultants at the outlet.<br> <br> please help with resolving this as it will affect my credit profile fo a contract I dont ahve nor a handset I received from the store.
