Incorrect information supp****
<p>Why do I always have to complain to be heard. I communicated with Telkom last week via email, I requested a number change, but because my number was on MTN, I was informed by Telkom to port from MTN to Telkom and after porting I have to go back to the store and informed them to make my new number that I've ported the contract number because I've got a contract with MTN but wanted my MTN number to be my primary number, after porting I went back to the store who informed me that I was suppose to tell them the day I port that I want the port number to be the contract number, I received incorrect information from Telkom, I was then informed that they will log a case with the back office to attend to the matter, the case ( ********** 9) was logged and after 7th ours I'm still waiting; please rectify this today (24/06/2016) because Telkom advises me to do the wrong thing</p>
