Incorrect information reported to credit bureaus

Telkom is sending incorrect information to the credit bureaus which impacts my credit score. I asked them to collect this and they saidit will be corrected. Today I checked again and it still reflect incorrect information.

This is cruel as I am in the process of buying a house and your inability to help in this regard is preventing me from reaching my goals.
