Incorrect information on my credit report

I just can't wait to finish the contract and be done with them. In March Telkom didn't get the money in my account and I was not aware of this. In April they debited twice which is understandable but tell me why does my credit report state that I missed 2 payments for Telkom "March, April" ?? Even after Telkom debited twice but Nu Debt kept sending me threatening messages. I had to call Nu Debt to find out whats happening, and they even sent me an email confirming that they never debited but Telkom did based on the debit reference. I'm just thinking it's showing as 2 months missed payment because the mandate was sent for Nu Debt to debit but instead Telkom debited. Now this is messing with my credit score and my credit report. It's 1 missed payment and not 2!! Also provide proper training to your Protea Glen staff in Soweto.
