INCORRECT INFORMATION!!!!!! NEED ASSISTANCE A.S.A.P

I have recently been viewing my credit score because I am in the middle of purchasing a home only to find out that Telkom is on my credit report.

I have never had a Telkom account ever. How is this possible.

I need this removed a.s.a.p!!!!
