Incorrect information given

Hello Peter Please assist me as am still waiting for my settlement letter as want nothing to do with Telkom Mobile as as i took a contract under the impression that it is only for a handheld, however it was not the case i called numerous times for a settlement letter but they failing to provide it, i have lodged a complain on Hello Peter but still they have not responded or assisted me with what am asking for
