Incorrect information given

I received a call from Telkom for Wi-Fi. The lady checked my coverage map, and confirmed we have 3G where i live, soon to be upgraded to something even faster. From day one our Wi-Fi has been slow. So slow in fact, one struggle to download anything.<br> <br> I am trying to contact Telkom for the past couple of days, but, to my surprise, no answer. After 30 minutes of holding on each time, i give up.<br> <br> I want to end my terrible contract which i never should have taken out!! <br> <br> I will NEVER go the Tellkom route again... Ever.<br> <br> They **** to me regarding the servive, seeing that i only get 2 G here after looking at the coverage map of Telkom myself yesterday.<br> <br> Very dissapointed in our nations carrier.... No wonder....
