Kindly assist with below query as I was Provided your e-mail address by one of your call centre agent by the name (Puseletso Aphane). I need the call recording handled by Amanda Lebuza/sa who gave me incorrect information that I have 60 Gig on my phone that is split as per below :

• 20 Gig Day Time Data • 20 Gig Night suffer data • 20 Gig Inclusive data that only kicks in after all my 20 Gig day time data has been used up and expires on 01/09/2020.

I need to be credited back with data used the agents mis-information and I have sent two e-mails to her supervisor and this has not been attended at all
