Incorrect/Double Billing

I have migrated from Smartplan 100 to Unlimited Lite on my contract number ***. This was effective 3 June 2015<br> <br> When I received my latest invoice I have seen the following incorrect amounts being charged:<br> <br> Migration penalty: R6400 (This needs to be removed IMMEDIATELY - I was informed by the store that did the migration that there will be NO CHARGE for migrating. I kept my old device.)<br> <br> Internet Bundles: R168 + 180 (Remove this IMMEDIATELY - These should be included in my subscription)<br> <br> Device add on Installment Fee (1 June 2015 - 30 June 2015): R400 (I have already paid this on my previous invoice. REMOVE IT PLEASE!!)<br> <br> TOTAL TO BE REMOVED FROM INVOICE = R7148 (6400 + 168 + 180 + 400)
