Incorrect details on statement

Telkom has updated my details wrong in there system when I have given them supporting information when I took my contacts with them struggling to get them to use the address that's on the document I sent to them. I really don't know what to do because they have my documents used to open my contract but don't want to help me 😞.. Zero star on service
