Incorrect Details

I keep getting phone calls from the credit Bureau stating I have an unpaid account with telkom which I don't have. I went into the telkom store and checked on their system and theres no account linked to my name so how is telkom handing me over to the credit Bureau when I have no account with them. Now I have to make time to get an affidavit from the police station to send to the credit Bureau so they can sort this problem out. Telkom is absolutely useless and is wasting my time and they are pointing an unknown account to me which I don't have.
