Incorrect dept by Telkom mobile m

This company is real pain in my bank account their are depitng too much amount of money that we have never agreed on it per month... Now the have suspended my phone. Can anyone assist me in contacting them I have try to call their helpline. The sent me from one consultant to another without any positive results. You Waite for 2 hours before you can get through their helpline.
