INCORRECT DELIVERY AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER CARE

Good day,

I ordered an IPHONE 12 65GB cellphone in August. It was the R699 deal that included the IPHONE 12, AIR PODS AND CABLE.

I received my phone (13 Sep 2021) at 13:30. Once opened I saw that it was the IPHONE 12 MINI which was NOT stated on the catalogue when I ordered and I did NOT receive my AIR PODS.

I went to the Telkom shop in Middelburg Mall Mpumalanga, they could not help me and were VERY UNHELPFUL. I phoned 10213 multiple times they too could NOT help me.

THIS SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. I would like to CANCEL my contract with Telkom and arrange for pick up of this IPHONE since it was NOT what I ordered.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! I now am at a point where I would just take the INCORRECT PHONE if I could just get my airpods that was included in the deal.
