Incorrect delivery

I order a Huawei P20 on Friday 3 November 2018 with Telkom online. Today i received a Hauwei Lte which is the incorrect order. My accoubt was debited and this is very professional. Telkom i urgently require you to fetch this incorrect delivery and to cancel this orded completely. I would not recommend anyone to order anything from Telkkm online sales
