Incorrect Debt Collection and Credit Score Dispute

I am writing to express my concern and disappointment regarding the incorrect placement of my name on your debt collection list. On 20/01/2025 I received a notice from your Telkom agency in Pinetown stating that I owed othing the balance this zero. However, my phone was blocked for so many days as a results I couldn't be reached and miss important messages and phone calls, and I do not understand why I was blocked without getting any notification and you resolved to black list my name by putting it in debt collection ruining my name.

I request that you immediately remove my name from your debt collection list and take necessary steps to correct my credit report. The incorrect listing has negatively affected my credit score, causing me undue stress and financial harm.

To facilitate the resolution of this matter, I provide the following information: Ref ***

I request a written confirmation from your agency once the correction has been made. If the issue is not resolved within the next 3 days I will be forced to seek further action, including filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and contacting my state's Attorney General's office.

Please investigate this matter urgently and take corrective action to restore my credit reputation.
