Incorrect debit and unfair penalty premium

1. I took a Telkom Wifi Router contracts 1st in November and 2nd early this year. The 1st contract i took telephonical and the 2nd contract i took in their branch in Bloemfontein Lochlogan (waterfront) their consultant never told me that if i miss a monthly premium a 100% plus Vat cost will b added to that month's premium. 2. Since i have taken the contract o never received a statement and i have been going to the Bloemfontein branch complain about this an changed the statement to email from postal i was de on 09/10/2017 to get a statement emailed to me immediately then i saw that what i agreed on last year November when i was taken the contract telephonical is not what they are debiting, i took a R99 deal that they advatised an promoted but they are debiting R107.50 instead
