Incorrect debit

It's difficult to complain about service, when there's no service. It is that bad with this company. They don't really care. They debited an incorrect amount from my bank account and when I called to resolve it a got nowhere. I was told it will takes 7 working days to refund my money but to date I'm still waiting. This query was logged on 01 December 2020. And the team leader whom I was referred to doesn't seem to care at all. She just ignores all my emails. I'm just glad I'm cancelling my dealings with them. I want nothing to do with this company.
