incorrect data laoded

Good Day. A call center agent (\Lumfono"- 16/03 ) incorrectly advised me on a data promotion and its use. A promotion of 2gb+1gb night surfer was loaded however it was telkom data. I specifically asked the agent if i can used it anywhere and in roaming (as all network data ) and was advised yes.<br> After checking my balance .<br> I called back to query and another agent spoke to me( Mpumi) advising it was incorrect and only iit will work on telkom coverage.<br> I purchased separate data package as i was advised she will reverse the original promo package<br> Today i called and i was advised by another agent a log has been placed (Hlengiwe).<br> <br> Im not happy with this.
