Incorrect Contract Package

Telkom's customer service is despicable. I sent a 'contact me" message on their website for a Top-Up contract phone, an agent by the name of Mandisa called me back. I took two products on a Top-Up contract (Huawei Router and a Huawei Y9 Prime Mobile Phone), the products were delivered yesterday however both packages are POST-PAID not the TOP-UP I signed up for. My query is still not resolved after numerous calls to the customer care line 081180 and 10213 sales contact centre, no one is willing to assist.
