Incorrect contract opened on account

I app**** for a Sony Experia Z2 on Smartplaan 100, which includes the following monthly benefits:<br> Voice 100<br> Sms Get 50 free SMSs when sending 5 in a day<br> Data 1GB<br> Unlimited calls to Telkom cellular numbers for first 12 months<br> <br> The contract I got was however a Deal Smart One Rate TopUp for R439. <br> Where you get no benefits (as listed above) <br> <br> I have gone into the telkom branch numerous times to just get the package that i originally signed for, however the lady who assisted me was not helpful and said that I do not understand and that she cannot change anything. The contract has now been running for three months, now we can upgrade to the SmartPlan100, but without getting the benefit of the 1GB data. <br> She has been quite evident with her dislike in the fact that I have confronted her about this matter.<br> I only want what I signed for, on the contract, she wrote in her own hand, that it was a Smart100 contract, but it was not loaded as such. <br> I also cannot TopUp on the account, so I do not know why she thought this is the contract that I needed. <br> I have lodge two complains on Telkoms website, with no response.<br> This is not the first time we have had problems with this operator.
