Incorrect Charges received from Telkom

I'm sure I am not the only one who has ever received an incorrect bill / charge from Telkom? We took out Fibre on a special they have going - R807.00 per month which includes an LIT TV Box. When I received our bill/invoice on Sunday 15th July, I was shocked to see our invoice has included the charge for this LIT Tv box (retails at R 1099.00) After two trips to two different Telkom storess (who confirmed that this is incorrect) We had Telkom call us to discuss this issue Monday 16th July. The gentleman I spoke with advised me that this was already a pending case and proceeded to give me the Ref Number. I do not ever recall receiving this ref number and assured him, I never logged the issue. He kindly followed up on the logged issue and assured me that it was marked as an urgent matter now. I realized that this issue was first logged (04th July) when I collected this LIT TV Box from the Telkom Store in Canal Walk. I assume they must have made an error on their side whilst logging in the information and failed to inform there whilst I waited for the TV Box to be handed over to me. . its now the 18th July and I am STILL waiting for the issue to be resolved!! I refuse to make this payment which is due 31st July.
