Incorrect Charges no help

Been many times to Telkom Overport only to be given incorrect numbers which direct you back to Overport. Eventually got help at Musgrave...despite cancelling I was still billed the full amount. I was given a credit for February...what about the full incorrect amount I was charged in January. We can never get through their lines 10210.
