<p>Incorrect billing system and false promises by call center managers and supervisor.</p> <p>I spoke to Yanga and Luthanda and all of them promised to attend to my query and call me back with an update but none of them did. Very unprofessional for a company this big to treat customers like they don't matter.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
