incorrect billing service

I Taryn Lorencia Oakes have a current contract with Telkom for 2yrs 1 April 2014 to march 2016. My current contracts states that I must pay an installment of 386 rands. I received a message from Telkom stating that I owe them 490 rands of which is not in my contract. I contacted their call centre and received no joy..I spoke to dumelo Mshido who could not help me correct the issue. According to Dumelo he said they sent me an sms which I did not receive stating that if I do not answer it they will increase my premium by 200 rands. Money I do not have. Please assist me with this issue.
