Incorrect billing of Connection Fee

I went to the shop to collect my phone on the 25th January. The indian lady told me to come back to collect the phone wen the the person that proccesed my application was back on leavem i refused to leave the she sent some1 to look for the phone. upon giving me my contract phone. she charged an extra R200 connection fee on my account. This money has been debited on my account. i took my complains to twitter n stil no help. wgats there to investigate. just log on to my account and credit me my R200. the service is pathetic. its like no body cares
