Incorrect billing! *********** staff!

I’m sooo sick of Telkom and their incorrect billing. I’m always either underbilled or overbilled!! When underbilled my services always get disconnected, when overbilled, I never get my refunds!!!! Statements always reflect incorrect amounts. When I call to enquire I’m told the system is confused 😥!!
