Incorrect billing for product that wasn't installed

On 23/03/2018 I app**** online for Unltd Wifi package of R599.00 p/m. 29/03/2018 I received a text with password, email address etc. I found this strange as the router have not yet been installed but when I called Telkom was advised that its still pending. 12/04/2018 iIreceived my bill and was charged R418.80 for the Wifi. How can I be billed for a product that i DO NOT HAVE. Each time I enquired about the product I was informed my application was pending. I went into the Promenade M/P Telkom store and was given a router (27/04/2018) which I had to install and was advised my the sales agent that I have to call 10210 to arrange connection. Stupid me could not believe it was so easy. When I called the number I was told my agent that they have no technicians available on a public holiday and to call back on Sat 28/04. Calling Saturday got me no where as I was then told they have to make an appointment with the technicians and that would take 48hrs so I can expect a call on Monday 30/04. To no surprise at all I received no call and this morning trying to cancel this application took me an hour. I'm not sure if they actually received my request to cancel but I'm extremly annoyed that would 39 days for an application to be actioned. I would like someone to call me and cancel the application as I'm no longer interested in this product because if I'm getting the run around for the application to actioned I can't imagined what will happend if there if a service failure. So telkom you suck as a service provider and it seems that the consultants doen't know there products / processes as I got various feedback from each consultant I spoke to. I also queried my billing and would like this amount to be reversed and still waiting for my reference number for the call. This is ridiculous and I want this matter resolved. Reversal of invoice ********** 2 for the amount of R418.80 and CANCELLATION of TIN ********** with immediate effect as I'm no longer interested in subscribing for this product
