Incorrect billing for line that does not belong to
I received an email from Telkom ,being billed for the account above which IS NOT MINE AND THE AMOUNT OWING, HAS NOT BEEN INCURRED BY ME THIS NUMBER *** IS NOT ALLOCATED TO ME. MY ALLOCATED NUMBER IS ***.<br> PLEASE HAVE THIS REVERSED. R657-65<br> I have not had a response from Telkom and the Telkom stores go through the motions. I cannot afford to pay this and hope for a refund as i am a pensioner.<br>
