Incorrect billing

Telkom is really a company of ******* masquerading as a service provider reason I say this is because 3 months ago I was moved from a 120gb day and 120gb night plan to an unlimited plan paying almost R300 more. I logged a call immediately but to date, my billing issues have not been addressed and I'm being told of escalation which has no time frames while I'm being billed incorrectly.
